Initial One to One

Service Description

This one to one session is for anyone wanting to access nature therapy either independently or through social prescriptions. The consultation will be with Sarah Witts who will asses your individual needs and talk to you about our current programmes and the mental health benefits of being in nature. During this 2 hour session Sarah will show you a variety of exercises and activities which encourage you to engage all senses in order to gain health benefits from this time in nature. From this initial consultation, we recommend, if appropriate, to join one of our programmes that will suit and benefit your needs. Or we can offer a 6 week programme of 1 to 1 support. Funded spaces available for certain social groups and low income discounts available. Location can be at one of our sites in Truro or Praze-an-Beeble (near Camborne) but could potentially be at a different location depending on your needs. Cancellation Policy

If you accidentally order the wrong package I am happy to refund you on request. The packages of 5 or 10 playgroups can be used at any time but have a 6 month validity period. We aim to operate in most weathers and encourage you to come to as many playgroups as possible. Playgroup may sometimes need to be cancelled, no refunds are available for cancelled sessions (as you can use your session another time). Put phone number in when booking for cancellation updates.
