Nature Reflects One to One Ecotherapy Sessions
“Eco-therapy: Wholeness, Healing and Growth. Our applied integrated model for this is Natural Self Ecotherapy (NSET). This has its roots in psychotherapy and ecopsychology. When you work as an Ecotherapist, applying NSET, you work with nature-based activities and therapeutic interventions to help participants cultivate wholeness, explore their personal healing and their growth journey, whilst facilitating an ongoing and ever deepening experience of ‘Healing Dwelling Place’ the roots of the meaning of ecotherapy.” (Connors, M. and Brandrick, R. Natural Academy 2022)

While nature, health, and wellbeing practices help you manage your own wellbeing through nature connection, the Nature Reflects Ecotherapy approach goes deeper. Here we focuse on wholeness, healing, and growth, holding space for your story, challenges, trauma, and opportunities—explored through gentle ecotherapeutic processes.

We work with you in nature to support your personal healing, growth, and self-development. Our approach helps you find the resources you need to feel more fulfilled in yourself, with others, and in life. We offer a range of nature-based eco-therapeutic interventions tailored to your needs.

What to Expect in a One-to-One Ecotherapy Session
Each session is guided by your experience in the natural world. There’s no fixed agenda—the work unfolds naturally. My role as an ecotherapist is to support and accompany you, offering a calm, respectful, and trauma-aware space.
I pay attention to what emerges beneath the words, reflecting back insights to help you deepen your understanding of yourself. Being seen and supported by both another person and nature can create a powerful sense of safety, making it easier to explore patterns, emotions, and places of growth.
Nature itself offers a steady, non-judgmental presence, helping to hold and accept what you bring, which can be particularly supportive if you experience trauma, strong emotions, or overwhelm.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
It was a positive, empowering and enriching experience. Sarah held a safe space, I felt respected and understood. This is definitely the best therapy I have ever had. Sarah's intelligence, skills, intuition, knowledge of techniques and the transformative power of the practice were absolutely amazing and brought about positive change and growth. I tuned in very closely to the spiritual aspect of connection with nature. Within the sessions I experienced acceptance in a non-judgemental space.
Ecotherapy was a deeper, more powerful and more transformative experience than other types of therapy and enabled me to address and move through challenges, past and present. I felt more acceptance and more self acceptance than has been the case in previous therapies and it was impactful on a much deeper level. I enjoyed being outside during the sessions and being in an outdoor space definitely enhanced the effectiveness and quality of the therapy.
I experienced improved mental health, felt increasingly resourced, addressed and came to terms with some difficulties and trauma from my past and felt more deeply connected with nature and myself.
Ecotherapy exceeded my expectations. It was even more powerful and more effective than I anticipated.
I would like to thank Sarah and express my gratitude for all her support, for showing empathy and for adopting an insightful and highly intelligent approach.
